We’re fortunate to have Customer Service individuals who really care about helping the Customer and enjoy the challenges of an ever-changing industry. All of our Customer Service personnel have been trained in our factory processes, worked in the burn lab studying candle combustion, and visited customers to better understand Wicks Unlimited’s impact on their candle making process.

Many of you have probably met or spoken to Bruce Campbell. He’s always ready, willing and able to discuss, confidentially, any candle-related situation you may have. As a long standing member of the NCA, ALAFAVE, and ASTM, Bruce is able to utilize decades of candle burning and manufacturing experience to help work with you to solve your Company’s candle burn and manufacturing challenges.
The Lab Service
We provide confidential preliminary and problem solving test burning and wick selection at no charge to our Customers. Our busy lab is not only a place of technical assistance, but also of continual learning.
The Free Samples
Whether you’re just experimenting with a new candle or conducting a pre-production test run, Wicks Unlimited is pleased to provide you with the appropriate samples.
The Make-and-Hold Advantage
Our make-and-hold contracts provide a guarantee of next day shipping on our Customers’ most critical waxed wick on reel or wick-clip assembly’s requirement, going a long way to meet just-in-time challenges.
